Shipping policy

At New Earth, we do our best to make sure your order reaches you smoothly and on time. Please take a moment to read our shipping policies below to help ensure a successful delivery. 

1. We ship all orders via GOGO Xpress.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive a text message with a tracking link from GOGO Xpress, sent to the mobile number you provided at checkout. No need to email us for tracking—real-time updates will be sent directly to your phone.

2. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, delivery address, and mobile number. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries.

3. Delivery attempts and order returns.
GOGO Xpress will make two delivery attempts. If both are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. As we prepare and ship each order in good faith and on time, we kindly ask that customers be equally responsible with receiving their parcels. Repeated failed deliveries may be flagged in our system.
