Return Policy

We totally get it — mishaps can happen! If your bag arrives damaged, we’ll gladly accept a return as long as you provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Without this, we have no proof that the bag was received in that condition, so we want to emphasize that unboxing videos are essential.

If the damage shows up after a few uses, we may still consider a return if:

1. The bag was used for not more than 3 days

2. You provide your order ID and the platform where you ordered it from

Just make sure the bag is unused and still in perfect condition.

Return Process for Damaged Items:

1. Once we’ve verified that the bag was received damaged, we’ll send you a replacement right away through the most convenient courier.

2. After you receive the new item, we’ll arrange to retrieve the damaged bag.

Please note: We can’t accept returns for damages caused by mishandling or heavy use (these bags are tough, but they still need a little love!).

We don’t offer repair services just yet, but feel free to bring your bag to a local tailor for a quick fix if needed.
